Admissions

At CCA, we know that our school is more than an academic institution.  It is an experience of God that ministers to the whole child and family.  We invite you to visit our campus, observe in the classrooms, and see what God is doing in the lives of the children.  Please call (817) 573-6485 to schedule a tour with Teddi Thornburg, our administrator.

The enrollment process is simple:

  • Parent will submit the following paperwork to the school office.
    • Application + Enrollment Fee
    • Records Release Form if transferring from another school
    • Immunization Records
    • Pastoral Reference Form
    • Teacher Recommendation Form if transferring from another school
    • Copy of Birth Certificate and Social Security Card
  • Parent will schedule entrance testing with the school.   
  • Administration will schedule a family interview to discuss the testing results and prospect of admission into CCA.
