Each January, CCA’s Board of Directors reviews and approves the tuition for the new school year.
2017-2018 Tuition Deposit
All students will pay a tuition deposit at the time the students enroll or re-enroll. For the 2017-18 school year, the deposit amount is $250 for Kindergarten and 1st Grade, $350 for students entering 2nd - 8th grades and $200 for 9th - 12th grade. For CruKids PreSchool tuiton rates please call the front office @ 817-573-6485.
The tuition deposit illustrates a family’s financial commitment to the school and allows the administration to reserve a seat for your student for the new school year. Our families’ financial commitments also allow CCA to determine the number of teacher contracts to issue and make other financial commitments for the new school year. Therefore, the tuition deposit is non-refundable.
The tuition deposit is deducted from the annual tuition cost.

Pay tuition balance (annual tuition less tuition deposit) in monthly payments via FACTS Tuition Management. 12 month payment plans begin in June and conclude in May. 10 month payment plans begin in August and conclude in May.
CCA utilizes the services of FACTS to facilitate tuition payments. It is important to note all payments are made directly to FACTS via a debit to a banking account that you designate. Monthly payments can be drafted on the 5th or the 20th of the month. The fee is automatically drafted by FACTS with your first monthly debit.
It is CCA’s desire to make a Christ-centered education available to as many families as possible.
Each year, CCA allocates a specific amount of funds for tuition assistance to provide to families who demonstrate and qualify for financial needs as determined by FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, a third-party organization.
CCA’s tuition assistance program was developed to bridge the gap between the expense of tuition and what a family can afford. The assistance, intended as a supplement to a family’s resources, is available to any family, regardless of award amount needed. Tuition assistance is available to families with students Kindergarten through 12th grade. Preschool students are not eligible to receive tuition assistance.
The amount of assistance awarded to a family will be based on the level of the family’s qualifications and will be allocated based on the availability of tuition assistance funds. Tuition assistance awards & the amount of the awards are not guaranteed to be the same year to year.
