Each January, CCA’s Board of Directors reviews and approves the tuition for the new school year.
*New Tuition Approach For 2018-2019*
One-Cru, One-Cost Tuition includes: Basic educational services, all student participation type events, field trips, music competitions, NHS & Jr. NHS membership, student council membership, athletic and cheer team participation (not including camps or clinics outside of their season of sport), Friday Spirit wear days, free admission to all sporting events with their Student I.D. card.
Families are responsible for: Uniforms, P.E clothes, Spirit Wear (through a specified vendor), classroom supplies, special spirit wear for any sport team, club or music entity for which they choose to belong. Grades 9-12 are responsible for the purchase of their own classroom books, an electronic device, the senior mission trip (with organized school fundraisers) and graduation costs.
Optional Costs include: Hot lunch, Extended Care, Special Instructional Services (Open Door), professional counseling services, 4-H membership and costs, band instrument, yearbook, picture packages, crusader card, and packs, team camps or clinics out of season. Special events such as prom, bowling, skate parties, etc.
2018-2019 Tuition Deposit
All students will pay a registration fee at the time of enrollment.
The Registration Fee illustrates a family’s financial commitment to the school and allows the administration to reserve a seat for your student for the new school year. Our families’ financial commitments also allow CCA to determine the number of teacher contracts to issue and make other financial commitments for the new school year. Therefore, the Registration Fee is non-refundable.

A student is not officially enrolled until the “Statement of Agreement,” “Financial Commitment Form,” (online process) and registration fees are submitted.
All students pay 100% of the Registration Fee.
First Responder / Law Enforcement Discount (5%) – Parent is employed as an active fire rescue, EMT, or Law Enforcement officer.
Military Discount (5%) – Parent is actively serving in the Military or is a disabled veteran.
Minister Discount (25%) – Parent serves as a fulltime minister whose majority of income is derived from the ministerial position.
Multi-child Discount – Oldest child is full price, 2nd oldest child (5%), 3rd (10%), 4th (15%), each additional (20%).
Financial Assistance (% TBD) - Families with financial need can qualify for tuition assistance by application ($50.00) through FACTS. Tuition assistance funds are limited. Parents will be asked to provide tax information and other supporting documents, and may need to meet with Administration to finalize amounts.

Tuition Payment Methods
Pay tuition balance in a single payment due by June 1st of entering school year.
Pay tuition balance in monthly payments via FACTS Tuition Management. 12 month payment plans begin in June and conclude in May. 10 month payment plans begin in August and conclude in May.
CCA utilizes the services of FACTS to facilitate tuition payments. It is important to note all payments are made directly to FACTS via a debit to a banking account that you designate. Monthly payments can be drafted on the 1st, 5th, 15th or the 20th of the month. The fee is automatically drafted by FACTS with your first monthly debit.
